The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first is furnished with a double bed, a single sofa bed, a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk; the second has a double bed formed by two single beds pushed together, a wardrobe, and a mirror.
A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The jewel of this apartment is the inviting garden, which all rooms overlook.
Surrounded by fairy lights, plants, and colorful walls, and equipped with a sofa, two small tables with chairs, a barbecue, and a small fountain, it creates an intimate space where guests can relax during their stay. *The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) active from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 8 PM. Bologna, known as "la Dotta" (the Learned) for being home to the oldest university in the West, "la Grassa" (the Fat) for its gastronomic excellence, and "la Rossa" (the Red) for the color that characterizes its historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce.
Its soul lies in the medieval historic center, which is among the largest in Europe and rich in taverns, shops, and theaters, characterized by nearly 40 km of arcades.
In the historic center lies Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval palaces perfectly blends with modernity.
Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and Garisenda towers, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings.
It's impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its gastronomic products, including mortadella, tortellini, and Bolognese ragù, accompanied by the renowned DOC wines of the Bolognese Hills! Full of exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round. The central train station is 2.5 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in less than 25 minutes.

Mooie buitenruimte.
