Continuing towards Cardigan, stop off at the Welsh Wildlife Centre and impressive Norman castle of Cilgerran before taking a tour of Cardigan Castle, the birthplace of the Welsh Eisteddfod in 1176 or venture to the Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, which is home to a variety of farm animals and provides a breath-taking view of the surrounding coastline.

Make sure to head west to see the Gentle Giants at the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm in Eglwyswrw and spend time learning about our history at Castell Henllys Iron Age Village before visiting the stunning Pentre Ifan neolithic burial chamber.

Nearby Newport with its coastal beaches on the Pembrokeshire Coast Park and popular eateries is a must and is the gate-way to Carningli and the mythical stories of our Preseli Hills - the birthplace of Stonehenge.

The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, and gas fire. There's a double bedroom, with en-suite cloakroom, and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a side garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and designated parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs (additional charges apply) welcomed, but sorry, no smoking across the small holding. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
