If you're looking for a "home from home" for a few months, during a training course, a professional assignment or an internship in Strasbourg, the Saint Nicolas flat at 4 rue de la 1er armée is just what you need! . You'll be right next to the Grande Ile, Strasbourg's historic centre, as well as the NHC (Nouvel Hopital Civil) and Sciences Po Strasbourg. This flat is available to book for a minimum of 30 nights and up to 10 months on a mobility lease only. It is on the 4th floor with lift, in a secure residence. The flat comprises:

- a bright lounge area with a sofa and television,

- a fully equipped kitchen/diner area, open onto the lounge (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher),

- a bright bedroom with 2 single beds

- a bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine,

- a balcony with a table and two chairs complete the flat.


Close to the Porte de l'hôpital stop with tram A and D

Close to the Saint Nicolas stop with buses: 10, N1 and N3.

The Saint Nicolas and Austerlitz car parks are close to the flat if you are coming by car.


This is a non-smoking flat. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 60 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €120 cleaning fee.
