Cozy and spacious villa in typical local stone, able to accommodate up to 8 people and immersed in the green countryside of Andria, just 10 minutes by car from Castel del Monte, visible from the estate. The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with fireplace, and has a large garden with barbecue and patio equipped with sofas where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Parking spaces are available in the private fenced driveway closed by a gate.


The 75 sqm house is on one level and has an independent entrance. There is a step at the entrance to the house and two internal steps between the living room and the kitchen.


The internal space is composed as follows
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, dining table, fridge, freezer, moka, traditional oven and microwave

- Large living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace, TV and four single beds (two of which are pull-out)

- Bedroom I with double bed, cot and wardrobe

- Bedroom II with double bed and wardrobe

- Toilet I with wc, bidet and shower box

- Toilet II with wc and floor shower

- Porch patio equipped with barbecue and sofas.


Parking spaces are available in the private fenced driveway closed by a gate.


Further services available to guests: split A/C in the living room and in the anteroom between the bedrooms, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Known as the "City of the three bell towers", Andria is a small jewel of the Alta Murgia National Park, located in an enchanting area of ​​expanses of vineyards and olive groves, just 10 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. There are countless historical and artistic monuments, such as the Palazzo Ducale, the Clock Tower and the Porta S. Andrea, built by Frederick II of Swabia, and the underground Andria complex, with underground remains of ancient houses dating back to the Middle Ages. Also not to be missed is a visit to Castel del Monte, on a hill not far from the town, also built by Frederick II and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.

The accommodation is located in the countryside, 10 minutes by car from Castel del Monte and about 15 from the center of Andria where you will find the essential services such as bar, supermarket and pharmacy.


The accommodation can be reached by car and has several parking spaces inside the entrance gate.
