Zu weiche Matratzen, Möbel optisch gut, teilweise aber leicht kaputt, Übergangskante von Wohn- und Essbereich: Verletzungsgefahr, Treppe im Hausflur: steil und rutschig, mit kleinen Kindern und Hund jedes Mal eine Herausforderung, wünschenswert: Gardine im Bad (extrem warm bei Sonne)
