Modern flat with small terrace in the heart of the university area of Bologna.


The flat, located on the third floor of a building without lift, with entrance under the characteristic arcades of the capital of Emilia, has been completely renovated and consists of a living area and a sleeping area separated by a wall, but directly connected. The living area is furnished with sofa, desk, dining table, TV and fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and clothes rack. Both rooms have access to a small terrace overlooking the city's rooftops, where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the open air thanks to the presence of a table and chairs. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.


Comforts such as free wi-fi connection, heating and air conditioning will be available in the accommodation.
