This holiday rental, located on the first floor of the owners' house, consists of an independent entrance, a living room with an equipped kitchen open to the living room/living room.
You will also find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190 beds, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a 33m2 wooden terrace with dining table, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs.
The owners give you access to their heated swimming pool from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. from May 1 to September 30.
The pool area is 22m² and the depth is 0.80m to 1.70m.
Free parking spaces are available near the cottage, in the street.
The decoration of the rental will be finalized in early 2023. Guidel is a city facing the sea but also the countryside.
It has 17 km of coastline including 5 km of fine sandy beaches.
The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car.
The town hosts a large market every Sunday morning.
It notably brings together local producers of fresh produce.
It is located in the village, just 2 km from the cottage.
During your stay, you can take a walk on the hiking trails, on foot or by bike, along the coast or in the green countryside.
Six circuits are on offer departing from Guidel.
The GR34 also crosses the town.
