Treat yourself to an unforgettable stay in this holiday home in a prime location, with the ski bus stop right outside the door.
The cosy, typically Tyrolean interior makes you feel immediately welcome.
On the ground floor is the owner's flat, but that does not affect your privacy at all.
Moreover, the owner offers a bakery bread service, for fresh rolls in the morning.
A good start to the holiday day! The pleasant holiday home is located 4 km above Sölden, in the district of Zwieselstein, right on the Timmelsjoch Hochalpenstraße.
The ski bus stops right outside the door and will take you to Sölden, to the Gaislachkogelbahn or towards Obergurgl/Hochgurgl, to the Festkogelbahn and the Hochgurglbahn in no time.
If you don't want to cook for once and want to be pampered with culinary delights after a great and tiring day of skiing, you can visit one of the three restaurants near the holiday home.
Relax in Sölden's leisure arena or take a trip to the famous thermal baths of Längenfeld.
The possibilities are endless.
The holiday home is located very close to the Bike Republic Sölden.
There are natural trails and lines of varying degrees of difficulty for downhill and mountain biking, all set against the magnificent backdrop of the Ötztal Alps.
You can also book easy mountain tours and high alpine glacier tours with a mountain guide Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted. The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft während unseres Skiurlaubs. Wir waren mit 2 Familien in diesem Haus, sehr schön, dass es so viele Schlafzimmer und Bäder gab. Es ist etwas veraltet, aber sehr ordentlich und sauber! Mit dem Skibus, der buchstäblich vor der Tür hält, ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in Sölden. Und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen, die zum Skifahren in Sölden und Gurgl unterwegs waren. Zwieselstein ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zwischen den 2 Skigebieten. Der kostenlose Busservice ist gut, und wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Das Haus Daniela ist sauber und ordentlich, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet.
