The first villa has a large living room, two luxurious suites with private garden, a kitchen and a small service patio, a swimming pool, a commissary and a laundry.


The second villa has a living room, a luxurious suite with private gardens and a small swimming pool, three luxurious double bedrooms, a kitchen with its own service patio.

The outdoor and wellness area includes two double bedrooms, on request with a somewhat more simplistic décor, a lounge, a coffee area, a gym, a massage room, a hammam with relaxation area and a changing room. Two courtyards with trees decorate the area.

On request, we can add these two double rooms.


The property is located in Skoura, famous for its numerous kasbahs nestled in a palm grove at 25 km, 30 minutes east of Ouarzazate airport and at an altitude of 1300m. It is a region characteristic of the architecture of the oases.

Skoura is the first crossing point from Ouarzazate to the Dades Gorges and the Todra Valley. It is located in the place called "Tigilgilt" ("where the water flows") 5 minutes by a track from the asphalted road.


Covered mainly by about 1600 olive trees and 900 date palms, the property also contains many species endemic to the region: 430 fruit trees (fig, plum, pear, peach, pomegranate, bigaradier etc...), several prickly pears, cypresses, agaves, tamarisk...
