On the ground floor: a living room including a kitchen, a dining area and a living room opening onto a terrace, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed and a television, a shower room and a separate WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 180X200 bed and a television, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed, a bedroom with two 90X200 beds, a shower room and a separate WC. Private parking on the property which hosts another non-adjoining gite. 20 km from the west of Rennes, this stone house, completely renovated in 2022, welcomes you on the site of an old farmhouse located 700 meters on foot from the Ille et Rance canal.

Located 4 km from the dual carriageway Rennes - Saint-Malo, you can easily reach all the major tourist sites of the Emerald Coast: Dinan at 32 km, Saint-Malo at 47 km, Cancale at 52 km.

Gîte très agréable et fonctionnel .accueil très sympathique de nos hôtes .tout était parfait, literie, décoration ,confort général . Le soleil généreux de samedi nous a permis de profiter des extérieurs.

Nous avons loué le gîte pour un week-end en famille (4 adultes / 4 enfants-ados).Le gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et très très propre. Les propriétaires très sympathiques nous ont accueillis.Nous y avons passé un agréable moment, à profiter du jardin, du barbecue...du calme et de la nature !
