Welcome! Our mountain farm is located at an altitude of 1030m with a view of the Tyrolean and Allgäu mountains.
You will find a quiet, sunny location, green meadows, forests, clear streams, and pure, low-pollen air around our organically managed farm with its own alpine pasture.
Dairy cows, calves, rabbits, and guinea pigs, a large playground, a playroom, and nature-connected experiences will make your holiday unforgettable.

As we have certified apartments for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed.
You can reach us via the A7 motorway, exit Oy-Mittelberg, take the B310 towards Wertach-Oberjoch.
About 1km before Unterjoch, we are located on the south-facing slope on the right in Untergschwend No. 12, which is the 3rd house from the bottom.
You can check into the holiday apartments from 2 PM.
