Discover this charming two-bedroom flat in a complex of four accommodations in the heart of nature. Perfect to disconnect, you can rent one flat or more depending on your needs, always respecting the occupancy limit. The flat has a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, where a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate up to six people. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for families. It also includes a full bathroom and direct access to the porch and the interior patio of the main building.



The complex extends over more than 4000 m² of fenced grounds, surrounded by trees and lawns, with two swimming pools on different levels connected by an exciting water slide. The upper pool is adapted for children and has an activatable bubble area. In addition, an artificial lagoon with natural fauna offers the possibility to go boating or paddle surfing, creating a space for calm and enjoyment in the open air. Near the lagoon, a communal gazebo allows you to share unforgettable moments, with coordinated organisation at check-in to respect other users.



For sports lovers, the complex has a paddle court with basketball hoops, perfect for entertaining the whole family. You'll also find a large outdoor dining area with a Hawaiian shed, equipped with table football, television and griddles for preparing meals, encouraging conviviality and fun.



The surroundings invite you to explore hiking and cycling routes to Barranco Blanco and El Refugio de Juanar, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Malaga Coast and the Mijas mountain range. Although surrounded by nature, you are only 15 minutes drive from Coín, with supermarkets, restaurants and local amenities. The access is convenient, with a final 2 km stretch of unpaved road, compact but without night lighting.



The 60 m² flat offers comfort with air conditioning in the living room, heating by heat pump, wifi internet access, and full equipment in induction cooker (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more). It also has a garden, barbecue, fireplace, jacuzzi and outdoor parking. The internet connection is independent for each accommodation.
