Finca La Fuente del Pedregal is a complex of four flats located in the natural setting of Barranco Blanco.
Ideal to disconnect as a family or couple, you will have the option of renting a single flat or the places you need, without exceeding the occupancy limit of the complex.
The outdoor spaces are communal, and with some rules, you should consult your check-in staff on how to organize the use of the gazebo and the sports court. Always respect the rest of the users when using the facilities.
Returning to the complex is easy and comfortable, there is only a small stretch of unpaved road of 2 kilometres, of compacted earth and safe. You must take into account that you are travelling in a natural area, if you travel at night this stretch of road has no lighting.
Ideal to rest, breathe nature, tranquility and enjoy with the little ones of a large area of more than 4000 square meters of trees, grass, swimming pools, accompanied by facilities so that you can enjoy them in total comfort.

EXTERIORS OF THE LODGING
At the entrance you will notice the great extension of the exterior, you will lose sight of it among trees and grassy meadows. With the perimeter of the plot completely fenced you will be able to be calm with the little ones of the house, do not forget that the two swimming pools and the lagoon (where you can take a boat ride) are not fenced and you should always have the little ones of the house under surveillance.
LAGUNA
The artificial lagoon, as well as being a highlight of the complex, will provide you with a moment of peace and quiet, you can enjoy a boat ride and if you are travelling with your paddle surf board, you can train if you wish. Although the water is treated and artificial, it does not have the same treatment as a swimming pool, and the lagoon, which tries to imitate a natural lake, has fauna in its ecosystem. If you are travelling with a camera you will have a lot of fun with the surroundings.
You will enjoy dinner or lunch in the gazebo on the edge of this, you must agree on the use of the gazebo, if at the time of your stay there are other travellers using the facilities, remember that it is a community complex.
POOLS
The complex has two pools at different levels of heights, they are not communicated with each other directly, they are two different spaces with two types of depths. The upper one, with a shallower depth, ideal for families with children, also has a bubble area inside it, operated by buttons for temporary use.
These two pools are connected by a fun and long slide, which, taking advantage of the natural slope between the two pools, you can slide from one to the other in a fun and exciting adventure. Remember that the responsible use of this accessory between pools is your responsibility. Do not let very young children jump in, inappropriate postures when jumping in, or doing so in a drunken manner are not advisable and should always be done responsibly.
OUTSIDE DINING ROOM
A large and beautiful outdoor dining room, made in wood, imitating the shape of a typical Hawaiian shed, will make you and your family enjoy fun moments. Equipped with lounge games such as foosball table and television, you can have fun outdoors while preparing lunches on a gas or electric griddle. Remember that this space is communal with the rest of the accommodation that you have not hired.
In addition to the private surroundings you will enjoy, you can cycle or walk to Barranco Blanco, a small river route that leads to a beautiful natural lagoon. Also, although for that you will have to travel by car or bike (if you are fit) you will find on the road that takes you to Marbella, El Refugio de Juanar. A natural environment that takes you to one of the most beautiful natural viewpoints in the province of Malaga, leaving you with a beautiful view of the coast of Malaga and the whole of the Mijas mountain range at the end of the route.
That you are in a natural complex does not mean that you are far from the urban centres, in just 15 minutes by car you can go about your daily business in the pretty village of Coín, with local leisure, restaurant and food businesses that will help you in your day to day life, although we recommend that before your arrival you do your food shopping in the various supermarkets in the area.
SPORTS COURTS
You can use the sports courts available in the complex, a paddle court, which includes basketball hoops on the front walls. Ideal for tiring out the youngest members of the family or for practising some sport. Remember to sign up on the blackboards to keep order in the use of the facilities.
THE ACCOMMODATION
