This bright and friendly furnished holiday flat on the mezzanine floor invites you to relax. With 4 rooms on approx. 115 m² and full bathroom + shower room guests you will find enough space for a wonderful holiday with max. 5 persons + a baby.

On the wonderful south-facing terrace with patio furniture you can start the day with a breakfast. In the light-flooded, spacious living room you will find a comfortable seating area, a large flat-screen TV and lots of games.

This flat is also ideal for those who do not want to do without Internet access with the computer they have brought with them on holiday. The use of a DSL access with WLAN connection is included in the rental price.

The high-quality open-plan fitted kitchen with a spacious dining table for up to 5 people is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.

The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed (1.80mx2.00m) and plenty of storage space. In the children's room you will find a comfortable bunk bed and a wardrobe for the little holidaymakers. A small balcony can be accessed from here. A travel cot is available here free of charge for little holidaymakers. The guest room is furnished with a single bed.

The holiday flat has a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as an additional guest shower room.

All rooms are separately accessible. Floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors create a light-flooded holiday atmosphere. Here you will find peace and relaxation.

A car parking space in the enclosed courtyard is included in the price, bicycles and surfing equipment can be parked and locked in a separate bicycle box.

The beach is only a few metres away.
