The high-quality open-plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. is fully equipped.

In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed, a generous wardrobe, a sideboard for the small things and a children's travel bed for the smallest holidaymakers.

In the children's room you will find a fold-out high-quality sofa bed, which comfortably accommodates 2 children, and can be folded away for playing. A sideboard with large drawers offers space for the important things of the little holidaymakers.

The flat has a modern shower room. All rooms can be accessed separately. The windows are equipped with external roller shutters for blackout. All rooms have underfloor heating.

On the balcony and in the garden you can enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air. It is only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.

A parking space is included in the price, bicycles can be stored and locked in a separate bicycle storage room.
