With a view of the Baltic Sea - just a few metres from the beach. This comfortable and child-friendly 3-room holiday flat on 2 floors (1st floor + south) is suitable for up to 6 people - ideal for families and senior citizens.

The inviting and tastefully furnished living room facing the sea with a view of the Baltic Sea is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for up to 2 people, a dining table, flat screen TV and DVD player.

The open-plan kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. and is fully equipped.

A spacious staircase at the side of the living room leads to the lower floor with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is plenty of storage space in the cupboards under the stairs.

In each of the 2 bedrooms there is a comfortable double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. A travel cot is available free of charge for our younger guests.

A bright and modern bathroom with window and bathtub (lower floor) as well as a separate guest WC (upper floor) round off the overall impression of this bright and friendly holiday flat.

An Internet WLAN connection (flat rate) is available here free of charge.

The flat has a parking space in the courtyard (barrier system).
