The bright and comfortably furnished holiday apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the "Weißen Villen" in the typical seaside resort style.

With 3 rooms covering approx. 84 m², you will find enough space for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults) for your relaxing holiday.

The Baltic Sea beach is only about a 2-3 minute walk away. The balcony with comfortable lounge furniture can be accessed from the living room with an open-plan kitchen as well as from the bedroom.

In the bright, spacious living room, you will find a comfortable seating area and a generous dining table.

A TV and a stereo system are also available.

The open fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. is fully equipped. The bedroom features a double bed with comfort mattresses (1.80m x 2.00m), a large wardrobe, and a sideboard for smaller items.

In the second room, you will find another double bed (extendable 0.90m x 2.00m + 0.75m x 2.00m) as well as a shelf and a small writing desk.

In the living room, the seating area can be converted into a sofa bed with a few simple steps. The apartment has a shower room with a mirrored cabinet and a washing machine.

All rooms are accessible separately.

The terrace doors are equipped with external roller shutters for blackout, and all other windows have pleated blinds.

The entire holiday apartment has underfloor heating, and the bathroom also has a heated towel rail. A parking space in front of the house is included in the price; bicycles can be stored and locked in a communal bicycle storage room.
