Chalet Can Demana is a charming single storey villa, located just 10 minutes drive from the picturesque village of Pollensa and in an idyllic location in the Tramuntana mountain range, with stunning mountain views. This villa offers a variety of outdoor activities where young and old will enjoy and make their days an unforgettable holiday in a unique environment.



The entrance to the chalet leads directly to the living room, a rustic space characterised by its wooden beams and stone walls, where you will find comfortable armchairs that invite you to enjoy board games, read a good book or simply relax watching satellite television. The whole house has WiFi connection so you can stay connected throughout your stay.



To the right of the living room, we find three steps that lead to an open and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The kitchen also has a side exit to the terrace and a small laundry room on the other side.



To the back of the living room, you will discover a charming double bedroom decorated in pastel tones, equipped with a large wardrobe that houses a safe with a key for added security. This room has its own en-suite bathroom, which includes a bathtub with shower and bidet.



Crossing the living room is a small hallway, where you will find two bedrooms. On one side there is a single bedroom, with a mirrored chest of drawers as well as a wardrobe and a coat rack. The other is a room with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Between these two rooms there is a bathroom with shower.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night.




The outdoor space has a tennis court, ping pong table, jacuzzi, trampoline, mini golf and a beautiful swimming pool. To enjoy the sun there is a double Balinese bed and three individual sunbeds. Young and old will not want to leave Chalet Can Demana as it has everything you need to spend unique days with family or friends and surrounded by the best scenery.



From the kitchen doors you can access the terrace and a sitting area where you can enjoy wonderful mountain views. Enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and immerse yourself in Mother Nature!



In the garden, there is also a barbecue and a table with chairs where you can enjoy your culinary delights outdoors with a glass of good local wine, then take a break or read a good book in the hammocks next to the garden.



Chalet Can Demana, is in an exceptional location, in the mountains of Pollensa. This villa is an ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy a secluded and peaceful location, just a few minutes from the old town of Pollensa.


In the picturesque village of Pollensa you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and many traditional shops. Every Sunday you will find the open air market with a variety of fresh produce, fruits, plants, clothes and much more.



You can also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 20 minutes drive from the Chalet, an ideal place to relax on the beach, practice water sports such as kayaking, jet skiing or a boat trip. Dive a little deeper at Cala San Vicente with its crystal clear waters.



The use of a car is necessary and it is recommended to explore the picturesque areas around Pollensa.
