Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed retreat located in the heart of Croyde Village, blending timeless countryside charm with modern luxury and exceptional amenities. With Croyde Beach just a short walk away and Saunton, Putsborough, and Woolacombe close by, it's a perfect base for surf lovers, beachgoers, and peaceful getaways.


The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests across four stylish bedrooms and features a private garden, sun deck, optional hot tub, EV charger, and private parking for three vehicles.


LIVING AREAS


The spacious living room features three large sofas to seat nine comfortably, warm lighting, and soft throws for cosy evenings. Entertainment includes a 40” Smart TV with full Sky Q multi-room package, Blu-ray player, and 5.1 surround sound. A toy chest and stair-gate ensure young children are safely entertained.


The adjacent open-plan dining area includes a large wooden table for 10, a wall-mounted 32” Smart TV, and a reading nook stocked with books and novels - perfect for relaxing between beach days.


KITCHEN


Designed with entertaining in mind, the well-equipped kitchen features: Triple oven and induction hob. Integrated dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and bread maker. Crockery and cutlery for adults and children alike. Washing machine (discreetly housed in the lounge cupboard)


BEDROOMS


Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King-size bed, en-suite wet room, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, built-in storage, and private access to the garden terrace via bi-fold doors.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King-size bed (can be arranged as twin beds), hairdryer, Bluetooth speaker.

Bedroom 3: Unique triple bunk (double below, single above), reading lights, picture window, wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 4: Full-size bunk beds, antique dresser, shelving, garden views.


All beds feature hotel-quality linens and plush mattresses.

En-Suite (Bedroom 1): Luxurious wet room with rainfall shower, double vanity, heated towel rail, and WC.

Main Bathroom (Upstairs): Modern shower enclosure, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and WC.

Bath towels provided for up to 9 guests.
