"La Passerelle", a charming gite in Provence, classified 4 stars en meublé de tourisme: surrounded by lavender, olive trees, vines and truffle oaks, the gite is located in the enclave of the Popes, just a few minutes from the village of Valréas (all shops). Set in a charming condominium with magnificent century-old plane trees, this beautiful stone building has been renovated to provide 10 self-contained units on around 1 hectare of land.


The south-facing flat opens onto a private, landscaped 130m² courtyard, with a large stone table to enjoy outdoor meals.

"La Passerelle" offers 105m² of living space on one level, with a cosy interior that is beautifully and comfortably furnished.


The entrance leads directly into the living room, which boasts high ceilings and a TV area. In a row, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

The first bedroom has two 80cm beds, making a single 160cm bed. An adjoining alcove with two 80cm bunk beds. A shower room with WC.


A second bedroom facing north (160cm bed), private shower room.

A separate toilet.


Shared in the farmhouse:

- An enclosed swimming pool 12mx7m heated from 1/05 to 30/09.
