Beautiful, fully renovated village house located in the Ibarron district of St Pée-sur-Nivelle.
Arranged over two levels, the cottage comprises:
On the ground floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher) and dining area
- a large living room with a lounge area (sofa, DVD player, armchairs, wood-burning stove)
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm)
- a shower room/WC
- a utility room (tumble dryer and washing machine).
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160cm), each with a washbasin and bidet
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm)
- a shower room
- a WC
Bed linen is provided.

Electric heating is extra.
Firewood is provided for the first fire. Private terrace overlooking a lane, with garden furniture and a barbecue (no garden). On-site parking. Shops within 500 meters, in the village center or a supermarket. Numerous hiking trails start from the cottage. €80 cleaning deposit payable upon arrival.

Gite très bien situé , agréable et confortable pour un groupe important,avec de bons espaces .Propriétaire très sympathique , nous a accueilli avec un gâteau basque à la cerise et avait décoré la maison avec des bouquets de fleurs fraîches, ce qui est exceptionnel . Merci beaucoup .Nous reviendrons .

Location très bien située. A deux pas de la boulangerie et du super marché. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à notre écoute. De plus les sites à visiter sont situés entre 15 et 20 km et les départs des chemins de randonnée sont à côté de la location.A recommander.

Très bon séjour. Il manque juste de quoi faire un peu de pâtisserie ou de cuisine dans le gîte : 1 verre mesureur, 1 rouleau à pâtisserie, 1 ou 2 moules à tartes ( pour adapter aux effectifs de cette grande maison). Sinon tout était très bien. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
