Information about the host
The lovingly furnished meadow chalet will soon be located on a 731 square metre property. The holiday home is located at the entrance to the Sauerland in the municipality of Schalksmühle in the beautiful village of Everinghausen. There, our dreamlike chalet offers an unforgettable holiday experience in South Westphalia. Two beautiful bedrooms and a marvellous sleeping area in the gallery with a panoramic view are at your disposal. Only natural materials have been used to create a cosy indoor climate and emphasise the proximity to the adjacent forest. It is easy to take a deep breath here and quick relaxation is guaranteed. A total of around 65 tonnes of round logs are used here. This comes exclusively from the Harz state forest in Germany. In the summer months, the large perennial garden with plenty of lawn invites you to dream. In winter, the fireplace room and underfloor heating throughout the house provide cosy warmth. You can use our wellness area with whirlpool and sauna all year round. In our holiday home Wiesenchalet you have the ideal starting point to discover the multifaceted Sauerland region! What's more, you can park for free under our green roof carport. Wellness package small pool (pool "Hot Tub" incl. wood per day): EUR 30.00 per day; wellness package small sauna (barrel sauna incl. wood per day) EUR 30.00 per day; wellness package large (pool "Hot Tub" incl. wood barrel sauna incl. wood, incl. sustainable slippers, bathrobes and final cleaning per stay, use for the entire stay EUR 250.00.

Conditions/Extras
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are possible free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price. A deposit of up to 30% of the rental price, but at least EUR 50, is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid by the day of arrival. Payment can be made in the form of a deposit/transfer to the operator's account, by PayPal payment or as a cash payment. Payment by credit card is not possible. The applicable tourist tax is included in the invoice. We will contact you after your booking to discuss further options for using the wellness area (sauna and hot tub). You are welcome to bring a dog by prior arrangement. You can also book a breakfast basket. A deposit of EUR 200 must be paid 14 days in advance in addition to the total amount.

Description of the unit
With around 130 m² of living space, you can enjoy the open fire on the cosy couch or retreat and relax on the covered wooden balcony with relaxation area. In the whirlpool/hot tub, the sauna (which must be booked separately) and the spacious bathroom with free-standing bath and shower, you can really switch off and recover from your everyday life. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast at the large dining table, which you can prepare in the fully equipped and modern kitchen.
