We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Carnac, this charming studio entirely redone in 2022, located at less than 200m of the beach, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the ground floor in the heart of a wooded park without opposite, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a kitchen, a bedroom cabin, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, a sofa bed (140*190), a dining area - A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with two bunk beds (90*190) and wardrobe. - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - A terrace of 14m2 exposed south west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The flat is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, notably a Super U at 50m, but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: - The tourist centre of Carnac is a 10 minute walk away. - Visit of the Carnac alignments - Cycling, Hiking - Water sports - Fishing, fishing on foot - Ideal location to visit Plouharnel (6km), the Etel bar, La Trinité-sur-Mer (5km), Auray and the port of St Goustan (20km), the bay of Quiberon (20km), Vannes (35km), Lorient and its Interceltic Festival (50km), and the Gulf of Morbihan... - Small tourist train Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park easily nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Plouharnel-Carnac train station is 15 minutes away by car. - Nantes airport is 1h40 away by car. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.

Plage très proche, Super U juste en face très pratique, le point négatif est l'état des poêles 2 sur 3 dans impropre à l'utilisation

Le logement correspond à la description. L'extérieur est agréable et la mer est très proche. Il est au calme, et le centre ville reste facilement accessible à pied.
Certains équipements manquent (égouttoir à vaisselle) ou sont un peu dégradés.
Nuitée chère la semaine du 15 août.
