Cosy, comfortable apartment block. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 140 m from the sea, from the beach. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 40 m, restaurant, bar, café 20 m, bus stop "Escoles - Sant Esteve" 400 m, railway station "Malgrat de Mar" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 65 km, Blanes 7 km, Mataro 35 km, Girona 45 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Het appartement is prima. Vrijwel precies als op de foto's. Jammer dat het koffiezetapparaat ontbrak. Er was een losse filter, en een waterkan, waarin we de koffie hebben gezet.
