This gîte is composed of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room, a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets.
The bedrooms are equipped with large beds that will be made on you arrival.
There is a secure carpark.
You will be charged a supplement for the electricity and the firewood.

This gîte is idealy situated in peaceful area and boasts a Champenoise architecture in harmony with the landscape and standing in large fenced and tree studded garden, 2 minutes from the "lac d'Orient" and the forests, by the Vélovoie, 15 minutes from Troyes.

Very relaxed, sitting in the spacious garden of this characteristical timber framed house. Enough possibilities for cycling tours around the lakes and the French countryside. The beautiful city of Troyes is also nearby. Lusigny itself is a quiet little town.

Gîte très bien situé, avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proimité. De plus il est proche des lacs, proches des forêts pour les balades et non loin de Troyes. Gîte bien aménagé avec trois chambres, 2 salles de bain et un espace de vie correct.

Le gîte est très bien situé. L'accès à Troyes est super-facile. Le village lui-même est très sympa. Le centre et ses commerces accessible à pied. L'accès aux lac d'Orient et ses promenades aussi.Seule réserve, en hiver s'il gèle c'est pas chaud! Sauf à se payer des coûts de chauffage qui peuvent être élevés si on ne fait pas attention.
