You will have a living room with sofas and a flat-screen TV, a spacious equipped kitchen, and a dining room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms (1 bed 140x190), one triple bedroom (3 beds 90x190), and a master suite with a double bed (1 bed 140x190) and its private bathroom (shower + sink + toilet). A second shower room with a shower and sink, as well as 2 independent toilets with hand basins, will complete the sanitary facilities.
Outside, you will have access to a courtyard serving as parking and an unfenced lawn.
Beds will be made upon arrival, cleaning will be included, and heating and electricity will be included in the price of your stay from mid-April to the end of September.
From 01/10 to 15/04, heating is an additional €10 per day. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes and at the gates of the Yonne region, this single-story accommodation is a former professional building (administrative offices) transformed and renovated into a gîte. Nestled in the small hamlet "Les Robins," you will appreciate the peace and quiet of this place and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, while benefiting from all amenities just a few minutes from the gîte. Isolated accommodation, surrounded by nature.

îte très sympathique pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Emplacement à l'écart du village, très calme. Accueil très agréable des propriétaires. Le gîte est très bien aménagé et bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les chambres sont spacieuses.Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Gite spacieu et agréable dans un endroit calme et verdoyant. Très bon gite pour passer un moment en famille ou avec des amis et partir à la découverte de la forêt d'Othe et ses alentours (Yonne et Aube). Cidrerie eceptionnelle a 2 pas, fromages, vins, Gougères... c'est une région pour les bons vivants!
