On the ground floor, you will find a relaxation area in the sunroom, a living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional beds at an extra charge of €10/night/person) and a fireplace, a dining area, and an equipped kitchen.
You will also have a laundry room, a shower room with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet at your disposal.
Upstairs, the cottage offers 2 double bedrooms (140cm beds), one twin bedroom (2 beds of 90x200cm), a dressing room with a desk/teleworking area, and a toilet with a sink.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant, flowered, and enclosed garden, a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and you will have the possibility to park your cars on the property.
Beds will be made upon your arrival; wood for the fireplace is extra (€15/crate).
Heating and electricity are included. 40 minutes from the city center of Troyes, 30 minutes from the outlet stores, and 5 minutes from a small town with all shops and amenities, come discover this charming half-timbered cottage that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

The house was well equipped with a lot of details, eg. for babies, 3 different coffee machines, etc. The garden would be more usefull if the tree close to the gate would be taken out, and some branches of the big tree cut so that the kids could use the grass
