You will have a large dining room adjacent to the kitchen, a living room, a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90x190), a shower room (shower + sink), a bathroom (bathtub + double sink), 2 toilets, a laundry room, a double bedroom (140x190 bed), and a triple bedroom (160x190 bed + 90x190 bed).
Outside, you will enjoy a small enclosed garden (gravel + lawn) with garden furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, parking, and the possibility of a storage area to secure your sports equipment.
The beds will be made upon your arrival, and household linen (tea towels, table napkins) is provided.
Heating + electricity (except vehicle charging) are included in the price.
Small and medium-sized pets are accepted upon request.

Des propriétaires très accueillants. Un gîte agréable et très propre. Très sympa de découvrir l’histoire de la famille à travers les générations. Repos en famille pour un week end de Toussaint. Troyes a proimité et parc Nigloland à 30 minutes. Parents comme enfants ravis.Merci pour le gîte !

Très beau gîte, très bien équipé, maison qui reste fraîche malgré la chaleur nous avons toujours bien dormi.Accueil sympathique, jus de pomme et gelée de coing maison en cadeau d’accueil, c’est super gentil.Attrait des lacs et de Troyes, et surtout le calme. Très bon séjour.
