On the 1st floor, you will find a living room (sofas, TV), a master suite (140x200 bed) with adjoining bathroom (shower + WC), a 2nd double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90x190), a triple bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x200 bed), 2 shower rooms with shower and WC.

On the 2nd floor, you will access a 70 m² entertainment lounge: bar with beer dispenser, foosball table, TV, DVD player, library corner, casino games, board games, and children's games.

Outside: enclosed grounds with private parking and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers), ping pong table, dartboard, adult and children's bicycles.

Electricity, heating, household linen (tea towels/tablecloth, table napkins are not provided) will be included in the price.
