This gîte is composed of a kitchen, a sitting room, a living room, a bedroom with three single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

An extra person can sleep in the sofa bed in the sitting room.

Bed, bath and house linen is supplied.

A fenced garden and a private parking are at your disposal.

There is a supplementary charge for the electricity during the winter season; it is free in the summer.

Free wireless internet.

Pets are accepted prior agreement from the owners.

Heated swimming pool to be shared with the owners from May to September.

During your stay the owner will keep you informed of all the interesting visits to do in the area. This very comfortable one level detached house is situated in the heart of a vineyard at 45km south of Troyes and 10km south of Bar sur Seine.

You will be welcome with a glass of Champagne by the pool.
