This single-storey gîte has a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge with a sleeping area (90x190 bunk beds). Access to a private, sheltered 45 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and awning is ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals together. You will have a double bedroom (bed 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Outside: a communal courtyard enclosed by an electric gate provides safe parking for your vehicles (and even lorries and trailers), and there is a communal and private lawn area. Petanque pitch.
