Charming 16th-century flat completely renovated, in one of the oldest streets of Bologna, a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore.


The flat, located on the ground floor, opens onto a spacious and bright living room, equipped with modern furniture, but decorated with some elements recalling the original style. The kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, is joined by a dining table, a double sofa bed and a cabinet with TV.

Continuing to the right, guests will find two double bedrooms, also bright and elegant. One is equipped with a mirrored wardrobe, TV and desk, the other with a shelf unit with hangers and access to a small outside area convenient for hanging laundry.

Completing the layout is a bathroom with shower, with access from one of the two rooms.

Wifi connection, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and heating will be at guests' disposal.

The flat is located in a ZTL area, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round.


The central train station is about 2.6 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.
