Charming 16th-century apartment, completely renovated, located on one of Bologna's oldest streets, just a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore.
The apartment, situated on the ground floor, opens into a spacious and bright living room, furnished with modern pieces but decorated with some elements reminiscent of the original style.
The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine, also features a dining table, a double sofa bed, and a cabinet with a TV. Continuing to the right, guests will find two double bedrooms, also bright and elegant.
One is equipped with a mirrored wardrobe, a TV, and a desk, while the other has a shelving unit with a clothes rack and access to a small outdoor area convenient for drying laundry. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower, accessible from one of the two bedrooms. *The apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). We stayed for two nights. There was no cutlery in the house. The toilet is located in a bedroom, you have to go through that bedroom to use the toilet. There is an incredibly unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The towels and sheets were clean.

Wir waren ein Wochenende in dem schönen Appartment. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, alles wurde super schnell und freundliche beantwortet. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen. Die Unterkunft war super aufbereitet, jede Person hat eigenen Handtücher bekommen, das Sofa-Bett war auch bereits fertig aufgebaut und überzogen. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.
