This 64 sq. m. house is located opposite the owners' property and adjacent to a garage.
You will enter on the ground floor into the living area, which includes an equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace insert and TV, opening onto the dining room.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, and a shower room with a toilet.
Electric heating.
Unfenced grounds, private courtyard with a parking space.
A covered terrace with a warm atmosphere, featuring mood lighting and string lights for your summer evenings or cool afternoon reading sessions in the garden furniture.
Rental of 2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes (helmets not provided) is possible; please discuss with the owners on-site.
Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair.
Towel rental/person/change: €20.
Bed linen rental/person/change: €20.
Wood heating/stere: €150.
Electric heating: €5/day.

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances en Dordogne. Gite propre et confortable. Pas besoin de clim quand il fait très chaud. Propriétaires très sympathiques avec de petites attentions. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils sur des visites sur cette belle région.Gîte à conseiller.

Très bon accueil de Romain avec de bons conseils pour les visites. Le logement est très bien, le coin terrasse est vraiment agréable meme quand le soleil n'est pas totalement au rdv. Possibilité de nombreuses visites à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. Je recommande vivement.
