-Il convient de descendre des marches pour atteindre le hall d'entrée d'où part l'ascenseur. Rez-de-chaussée surélevé très lumineux situé sur le bd. de l'océan, face à la promenade très animée, la plage, la mer, loin au large les éoliennes. Place de parking au pied de l'immeuble : fort appréciable.
Appartement superbe dans un aménagement vieillot.
