Located on the edge of a bike path, discover a magnificent apartment renovated in July 2022.
Ideal for 2 people , this apartment is on the 1st floor of a large house (without elevator).
You can enjoy the large garden of this quiet and fenced property.
You will access the bike path (which goes around the lake!) directly from a gate at the back of the garden!
The accommodation consists of a bedroom with double bed 160x200cm (King Size) and storage space, as well as access to the balcony overlooking the mountains, a living room comfortable , an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed WIFI, a TV, a double coffee machine, a raclette machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Highlight: the bedroom and living room are air-conditioned!
Many shops with supermarkets are within walking or cycling distance, the nearest beach is just 500 metres away!
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm, that said if the apartment is free we will be happy to welcome you before. For arrivals after 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

The apartment was in a superb location away from busy Annecy. We received a very warm welcome from the owner with her two friendly children who spoke in English to us. When the hob wouldn't work this was rectified as soon as was possible.
I did not receive directions to get to the apartment so obtained them from booking.com. I was told the owner had the wrong phone number. It wasn't until the day we arrived that she contacted us.
