Your family oasis on the Costa Blanca
Villa Ventura impresses with its spacious rooms, the large pool and the many seating and relaxation areas in the garden of the 1,300 m² terraced plot (not fenced), with beautiful plants and trees.
The upper floor forms the first living unit, with a fantastic view from the living room of the coast and the nature reserve "La Marjal de Pego.". A Smart TV with satellite reception is available. The flat has two Spanish-style bedrooms (with a 160 x 200 cm bed and two 90 x 200 cm beds), one of which has its own bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower facilities and the second has a shower.
The flat is cooled by several air conditioning units installed in the bedrooms and living room.
The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen leads directly into the large dining area, with access to the south-facing breakfast terrace including a brick-built BBQ area and unobstructed views of the nature reserve.
The large 5 x 10 m pool (110-200 cm deep) invites you to swim and splash around on hot days. Right next to it you will find the barbecue area with a small fridge for cold drinks.
The washing machine is housed in a separate, freely accessible room.
For the afternoon siesta, there is a wonderful chill-out zone on the upper level with loungers and cosy armchairs - and of course the fantastic view of the valley and the coast. There are also various quiet and romantic seating areas in the garden.
You can park your car conveniently in front of the house in the private car park.
This house is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and switch off.
The rental price includes electricity consumption in accordance with the rental agreement. Any additional consumption will be charged separately.
A deposit will be charged prior to arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred.
A cleaning fee will be charged, which is not included in the rental price. The cleaning costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.
From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
