Any excess consumption will be billed separately. A security deposit will be charged before arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided no damages have occurred. A cleaning fee is charged and is not included in the rental price.
The cleaning costs for bed linen/towels will be listed separately upon booking. From July 1st to August 31st each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday. We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days prior to arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
