Modern apartment on the ground floor about 65 sqm with every comfort for 3 guests. The accommodation is located in a very quiet building in the Lingotto district, a few steps from the fair of the same name. The area is well served by public transport: in addition to the subway, just 750 meters away, there are the Torino Lingotto railway station and several urban bus lines with which to easily reach the center and visit all the places of interest of the Piedmontese capital.



The 65 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor and to access it there is a slide which leads to a condominium interior. The apartment is housed at number 21.

The accommodation consists of
KITCHEN: with fridge, freezer, induction hob (4 burners), traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka, manual juicer, table with chairs and kitchen utensils, split A / C;

BEDROOM: equipped with a comfortable double bed with walk-in closet, split A / C;

LIVING ROOM: with a single sofa bed, TV (32 inch) and split A / C.

BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet, sink, toilet and hairdryer

Our guests will have iron and ironing board, washing machine in a special closet, independent heating with heat pumps, for hot water there is a boiler in the closet.


There is a ramp at the entrance of the building.


N.B .: In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.

Once collected, the guest can choose
- to use their own;

-the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, each additional set € 8.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The apartment is located in the Lingotto district, a quiet residential area equipped with all the essential services for a comfortable stay: within 400 meters from the flat, there are supermarkets, pharmacies and bars. The district is well connected with the historic center and the main points of interest thanks to public transport. Towards the center, a visit to the Valentino Park and the Porta Nuova district is a must. For gastronomy, the agnolotti, the Piedmontese mixed fry and the Bagna Cauda are unmissable. A stop at the renowned "Bicerin" Café is mandatory!

From Porta Susa Station: regional train to Lingotto Station, 1,2 km from the accommodation

From Porta Nuova Station: by underground with the final stop Italia61- Regione Piemonte, 650m from the accommodation

From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi


The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. The parking lots in the immediate vicinity are free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
