Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house on the heights of Urrugne, 4.2km from the village.
Day room with fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), living room, lounge area (82cm TV), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom shower/wc, separate wc, pantry (washing machine, dryer).
Beds made on arrival, electric heating included (reversible air conditioning in the day room only).
Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, parking.
Close to hiking trails (Ibardin, Xoldokogaina lake...) and 9km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz.

Nous avons apprécié le confort du gîte très spacieux où rien ne manquait,sa propreté, sa situation au calme et sa proximité des lieux incontournables à visiter sur la côte basque. Ne pas hésiter. Très bon gîte. Nombre de couchages au top. Vaisselle : rien ne manque. Franchement tout est parfait. Calme - très bon accueil - .... Les moutons qui nous accueillent à notre arrivée. Proche de plein de lieux touristiques..... Aucun souci...

Nous avons passé un ecellent séjour dans cette location. Le descriptif correspond eactement au renseignements sur le site.Accueil très chaleureu, discrétion et disponibilité du propriétaire. Le logement est dans un calme absolu,vue sur la montagne, très bien équipé et moderne.Rien ne manque !Je recommande sans hésiter,c'est du bonheur!
