Casa Alba is a beautiful house with shared pool located in a hill a few hundred meters from the crystal clear sea of the coast of Tertenia, with a breathtaking view of its waters.

The house is distributed on two levels: upstairs there is a bedroom with sea view, a kitchen with dishwasher and dining room with sofa and TV, a terrace equipped with outdoor table, chairs and chairs, a bathroom with shower and washing machine; On the lower floor, two rooms each have a bedroom with a double sofa bed and direct access to the patio and a complete double bedroom. Outside we find covered entrance patio with personal parking on the ground floor, while downstairs there is an outdoor area with garden and barbecue. A few steps away, the beautiful communal infinity pool open from May 15 to September 30, from which you can enjoy the view of the coast and the mountains surrounding the Marina di Tertenia. Pool will be available for guests from the 15th of May to the 30th of september and it's shared with the other units in the residence. A few rules to enjoy our beautiful common pool: - It is not allowed to bring any kind of glass to the pool; - No drinks or food are allowed in the pool area; - No jumping or diving; - It is not allowed to bring chairs, sunbeds, or sun umbrellas; - It is not allowed to bring inflatables or games to the pool. Guests who don't follow the rules will be kindly asked to leave the pool area
