On the third floor the views reach across a large area of lawn towards the ocean and along the beach, taking in the delights of the seaside including the row of beach huts situated opposite on the shingle. A lift in the block allows guests easy access to the third floor and level access inside the apartment makes it perfect for everyone to get around easily.
Having been newly refurbished to a high standard the lounge has been thoughtfully dressed in order to make the most of the light and the view. A balcony sits on the front of the lounge with an outdoor table and chairs providing the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A brand-new kitchen provides everything you could need including a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom is dressed beautifully with zip and link beds providing either a double or two single beds also benefitting from a dressing table and built-in wardrobe providing plenty of storage. Only a short walk west along the seafront is Bexhill town centre with its mainline railway station with easy direct access to London and Gatwick airport. A range of shops and restaurants in the town mean that everything you need is to hand including fish and chip shops and ice cream parlours so that you can enjoy the full seaside experience. A walk the other way leads up over Galley Hill to the Ravenside shopping centre with a swimming pool, supermarket and MacDonalds. Bexhill has lots of tourist attractions to offer including the De La Warr Pavilion which is a beautiful grade one listed theatre and gallery directly on the seafront, Bexhill Museum and Egerton Park providing entertainment for all of the family with a beautiful lake and a large selection of children’s play equipment. If you fancy a longer stroll or cycle along the promenade you can reach St Leonards on foot in less than an hour which then leads onto Hastings with its pier, crazy golf, amusements, arcades, shops, gallery, and historic old town. A short drive or train ride away is Eastbourne providing further retail therapy, Eastbourne theatre, cinema, bowling, and an abundance of further seaside attractions.
