Inside the airy, open-plan living space with air-conditioning looks out to the balcony through large sliding glass doors. Guests can also enjoy a flat-screen digital TV and a comfortable sofa, alongside a fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar and every essential kitchen appliance including; a fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave and American-style coffee machine.

Nestling to the west of the famous Cap d'Antibes, on the French Riviera between Nice and Cannes (30-40 minutes drive) Juan-les-Pins is known for its vibrant nightlife and seafront promenade (10-minute walk) lined with smart outdoor eateries and fashionable boutiques. Your apartment enjoys an ideal location for holidays and directly overlooks the famous Place de la Pinede in Juan-les-Pins, where every year the Jazz Festival. It is also close to the sandy beaches and all the entertainment of the centre of Juan les Pins, with its many shops, restaurants, nightclubs and casinos.
