Our vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of our residential building and offers accommodation for one to five people (extra beds possible). It consists of a hallway, living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms located one behind the other, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and a toilet.
Our guests can also use the in-house sauna for a fee. The large garden also serves for relaxation with a playground, swings, a table tennis table, and a seating area.
A fire pit and grill are available.
You are also welcome to pitch a tent. WLAN is available free of charge.
Parking spaces on the street in front of our residential building can also be used free of charge.
Please note that pets are not allowed. Our listed residential building with attractive architecture (English country house style), the large garden with flower beds and shrubs, and its venerable old trees – all of this has a touching beauty that invites peace and relaxation.
Here you will find a home for your holidays, ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The town of Moritzburg, with its unique cultural landscape, is one of the most charming destinations in Saxony.
Its historical buildings and traditional events (e.g., Fischzug, Hengstparade, Moritzburg Festival) make it an attraction for tourists from home and abroad.
The surrounding pond landscape is a popular recreational area and is suitable for swimming, hiking, and cycling. The surrounding area includes Dresden, Radebeul, and Meißen, as well as the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, all of which are accessible by public transport (distances to bus and train stops are 200m each). After booking our vacation apartment, guests will receive a rental agreement, which is considered binding upon payment of a 20% deposit of the total price.
The remaining balance of 80% is due 14 days before the start of your trip. Baby cot or extra bed: available upon request. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
We kindly ask our guests to use the designated smoking area for this purpose. Pets cannot be brought along. We expect your arrival at our vacation apartment between 4 PM and 8 PM. Deviating arrival times are possible by arrangement.
Key handover will be done in person on-site or via a safe. On the day of departure, the vacation apartment is available to you until 10 AM. Getting here: You can reach Moritzburg by car – coming from Berlin – via the A13 exit "Radeburg" or from Chemnitz or Leipzig via the A4 exit "Dresden Wilder Mann". From there, it takes approximately 10 minutes (7 km) to get to Moritzburg.
There are free parking niches in front of our property on Bahnhofstraße. By train, get off at Dresden/Neustadt station.
On the forecourt, take a bus in the direction of Moritzburg (line 326 and 477). Stop: Moritzburg Rathaus.
