This beautiful finca, located near Palma, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, offers fantastic mountain views and a beautiful pool. Upon entering the bright, light-flooded house, you enter directly into the wonderful living area with a living room with fireplace, which has access to the patio and a beautiful terrace with garden views. The kitchen is well equipped and is located in the same room as the spacious dining area, which also has access to the terrace. The house has a total of three double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each and an extra bed (capacity for 2 extra people), and four bathrooms two of which are en-suite. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the double bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. There is central heating.
The property of 450 m2 is located on the plot of 1 800 m2. The panoramic view falls on the nearby mountains and the garden with lawn, which is equipped with much care and love. This unique place offers a lot of peace and relaxation. The finca has several large terraces with a beautiful pool with sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area. Location
The house is located in the urbanisation of Sa Coma de Bunyola, just 12 km from Palma. The finca offers spectacular views of the surrounding fields and mountains. This area offers the ideal access to spectacular scenery for hiking and cycling and also offers good train connections to the west coast to Soller and Port de Soller. You can also take part in numerous excursions in Palma and other towns. There are many good restaurants in Palma and in the village. The sandy beaches of Illetas and El Arenal are less than 15 minutes away by car. The nearest golf club, Son Termens, is only 3 km from the house and the riding school is 1 km away. Just 2 minutes from the house is "Raixa", the original Islamic country estate. Son Amar is a live show accompanied by dinner. Just 2 kilometres from the house is Palmanyola. This town offers a wide range of services: Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, tennis club and padel. The weekly market takes place every Wednesday in the main square.
