This charming 16 m² studio apartment with mezzanine and sea view is located 350 metres from the beach in Courseulles-sur-Mer. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine and a shower room. Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- A 16 m² living room with a sea view, including a sofa bed (suitable for a child), TV and a dining area for two.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A small bathroom with shower and WC
- A mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
During your stay, you can take advantage of the many activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, visits to the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, or a visit to the Juno Beach museum.
The D-Day landing beaches are also accessible by car from the accommodation.
A very nice market takes place in the centre of Courseulles on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate one vehicle.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen station 25.5 km away (about 35 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, 21 km away (approximately 32 minutes by car).
