It measures 16 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine sleeping area and a shower room.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 16 m² living room with a sea view, featuring a sofa, TV and a dining area for two - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, toaster, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine… - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a fan, an iron and ironing board, a modular dining table for 2–4 people with folding stools, a Scandinavian-style rocking chair, and a coffee table that converts into a desk... The studio is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: During your stay, you can enjoy a wide range of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, a visit to the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, or a visit to the Juno Beach Museum. The D-Day beaches are also accessible by car from the accommodation. A lovely market takes place in the centre of Courseulles on Tuesdays and Fridays. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio’s private outdoor car park, which has space for one vehicle. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen, 25.5 km away (approximately 35 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 21 km away (approximately 32 minutes by car) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for directly with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
