Herzlich Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten "Feriendomizil am Rössleberg" im Luftkurort Hinterzarten.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Hanglage direkt am Waldrand, ist 188 m² groß und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen.
Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Welcome to our newly renovated "Feriendomizil am Rössleberg" in the climatic health resort Hinterzarten. Enjoy the quiet location of the vacation home with a beautiful view. The vacation home is located on a hillside directly on the edge of the forest, is 188 m² in size and extends over 3 floors.
The house offers space for up to 12 people. Ausstattung des Ferienhauses: EG: Eingangsbereich mit Stauraum und Skikeller, Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit und Treppe zum 1.OG 1.OG: - offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit gemütlicher Chilllounge mit TV, Kachelofen und großem Südbalkon mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die idyllische Bergglandschaft des Schwarzwaldes - gut ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten - 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, Verdunklung mit Rollladen - WC mit Waschmaschine Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch eine mit Sicherheitsglas überdachte große Terrasse die zum gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Die Terrasse ist zum Garten hin offen gestaltet und endet direkt am Waldrand. Im Garten steht eine neue Fass-Außensauna mit weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten.
Die Sauna erreicht nach einer Stunde Aufwärmen eine Maximaltemperatur von 60-70 Grad.
Bei Bedarf kann die Temperatur der Sauna mit einem Aufguss erhöht werden. Auch der idyllisch gelegene Mathisleweiher ist ein Besuch wert. Hinterzarten ist bekannt für das Adler-Skistadion oder das Schwarzwälder Skimuseum. Auch für Wintersportler wird in Hinterzarten viel geboten: ein ausgedehntes Skilanglaufnetz, Skilift (Skizentrum Thoma abends mit Flutlicht), Rodelhänge und romantische Winterwanderwege sind in wenigen Metern sehr gut vom Ferienhaus aus zu erreichen. Das Ortszentrum von Hinterzarten mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt ca 1,5 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Bitte beachten Sie: Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet und es muss auf die allgemeinen Ruhezeiten geachtet werden. Daher sind leider keine Partys, Jugendgruppen, Junggesellenabschiede.... erlaubt. 1 Hund oder 1 Haustier ist in dem Ferienhaus herzlich willkommen. In the garden is a new barrel outdoor sauna with additional seating.The sauna reaches a maximum temperature of 60-70 degrees after one hour of warming up. Hinterzarten also offers a lot for winter sports enthusiasts: an extensive cross-country skiing network, ski lift (ski center Thoma in the evening with floodlights), toboggan slopes and romantic winter hiking trails are very easy to reach in a few meters from the vacation home. The village center of Hinterzarten with restaurants and shopping facilities is about 1.5 km from the vacation home. Please note: The vacation home is located in the middle of a residential area and attention must be paid to the general quiet hours. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst Kleinigkeiten waren bereits da, die man sonst gerne vergisst (z.B. Lappen für die Küche, Handseife, Gästehandtücher, Toilettenpapier) und nicht zu vergessen die Waschmaschine :)
Das Bettwäsche-und Handtücher-Paket ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die kostenlose Gästekarte für den ÖPNV ist super.
Die Kinder haben das Haus geliebt.
Die Betten waren leider für Viele von uns zu hart und die Kissen sehr durchgelegen.
Es fehlte uns:
- Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern (hatten viele Spinnen)
- 2. Wäscheständer (zum Glück von dem lieben Gastgeber geliehen bekommen)
- Mikrowelle in der Küche (schnellerer Erwärmen von Essensresten, ge...
