You occupy the entire first floor with a separate house entrance.

Your holiday home is centrally located in the climatic health resort of Lenzkirch, just 300m from the town centre. Lenzkirch is located in the heart of the Black Forest between Titisee, Feldberg, Schluchsee and the wildly romantic Wutach Gorge and is an ideal starting point for hikes, walks and sports in a charming mountain landscape.

The holiday flat is 68m² in size and offers:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200), large wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (140x200)
- spacious living room with sofa bed (140cm wide) for the 5th person, Smart TV, seating group and balcony. person, smart TV, seating area and work corner

The central location of the small town allows numerous excursions, for example to the "Badeparadies Schwarzwald" at the legendary Titisee (11 km), to the highest Black Forest mountain the Feldberg (16 km), to the Schluchsee (10 km) or to the wild and romantic Wutach Gorge (15 km). Everything is less than 20 minutes away by car. You can reach Freiburg's old town in 45 minutes by car - or you can travel there free of charge on the Höllentalbahn railway.
In winter, the village has a small ski area with easy downhill runs and good cross-country skiing opportunities on groomed trails totalling 30 km in length.
In summer, numerous signposted hiking trails invite you to explore the Black Forest. You can hike on 5 high-altitude climate trails around the village while enjoying the beautiful nature and getting fit at the same time.
For cyclists, there are the "Bähnle cycle paths" on historic railway lines. You can cycle comfortably through the entire Southern Black Forest Nature Park on cycle tours of varying difficulty.
You can also plan a car-free holiday! All everyday necessities are within easy walking distance. Grocery shops 200 m away, bus stop 400 m away - and with a cone ticket you can travel free of charge throughout the Black Forest to Karlsruhe, Basel or Waldshut.
