The living areas in this idyllic Grade II listed holiday home consist of a kitchen with range oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. Outside there is on-street parking available on a first-come first-serve basis and a large garden with lawn, and summerhouse leading to the river. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Eden Cottage is an idyllic base for exploring the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
