- Floor: from the living room, access to a mezzanine converted into a relaxation/teleworking area.
- Exterior: terrace of 26 m² and enclosed land of 200 m².
Private courtyard in front of the gîte for parking (possibility for a van and a trailer). Adjoining another gîte for 5 people. In a residential area, 1.5 km from the center of Pordic, this gîte, completely renovated in a contemporary style, will be perfect for staying in the Bay of St-Brieuc and discovering the Côte de Goélo. On site, you will appreciate the very trendy living room, the excellent bedding, the mezzanine space where everyone can isolate themselves if necessary... Here, everything invites you to relax....
Thirst for the seaside? you will very easily reach Petit Havre beach (4.7 km), a sand and pebble beach offering a beautiful panorama, a sheltered beach, accessible by a small path from the car park and bordered by the customs officers' path (GR34). You will also like Vau Madec beach (3.7 km). From your resort, you will quickly access shops, shopping centers, etc.

Nous avions l'habitude de réserver "les clossets" dont nous étions pleinement satisfaits. Nous n'avons pas été déçu par ce nouvel hébergement décoré avec goût, très confortable, très bien équipé, propreté irréprochable et l'accueil des propriétaires toujours aussi chaleureu et bienveillant. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
